Juvenile high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HGSIL): A rare case

Human papillomavirus (HPV)infection consists the majority of cervical precancerous lesions and cancers. Various screening programmes aim in indentifying HPV infection preventing cancer. We present a 20-year-old female patient whose first pap smear revealed atypical squamous cells undetermined significance (ASCUS). Pap smear, followed by genotyping evaluation, high-risk 33 infiltration. Colposcopy biopsies were performed due to suspicious lesions, revealing intraepithelial neoplasia grade II focal high lesion.(Grade III.) Patient underwentloop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) assiduous imaging findings. Histopathologic establishment anatomic areas CIN III. (Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia) Aim our study represents proper diagnosis therapeutic mapping juvenile lesion, depending always on fertility preservation.
